2. Description of Service

DealScout Alerts provides automated Facebook Marketplace scraping and deal alert services. We monitor listings based on your specified criteria and send email notifications.

3. Subscription and Payment

- Monthly subscription fees are charged automatically
- You may cancel anytime through your account
- No refunds for partial months
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the service legally and ethically
- Not resell or redistribute our data
- Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service

5. Limitations

We cannot guarantee:
- Specific number of deals found
- Availability of listed items
- Accuracy of third-party listings
- Uninterrupted service

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
