Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DealScout Alerts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

DealScout Alerts is a service that monitors Facebook Marketplace for deals matching your specified criteria and sends email alerts. We offer two subscription plans:

• Starter: $19/month - Weekly email alerts, up to 3 search categories, 1 location
• Pro: $39/month - Daily email alerts, up to 7 search categories, up to 3 locations

Subscriptions and Payments

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
• Not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DealScout Alerts and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy or completeness of deal information
• The availability of specific deals
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or savings from using the Service

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DealScout Alerts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Third-Party Content

The Service aggregates content from Facebook Marketplace. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of listings. All transactions and interactions with sellers are solely between you and the seller.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
